The ways in which I was feeding myself were creating a vicious cycle of carb binging, deprivation, and disappointment. Luckily, I used this time as a wakeup call and created a 4 Week Detox that has had me realigned with what health and balance looks and feels like. My clients jumped onboard with this plan as well, and have been LOVING their results, so I decided to offer it all to you.
With this plan you’ll experience a big boost in energy, clearer skin, weight loss, improved digestion, and mental clarity! The first few days will be all about detoxification of the liver, kidneys and bowels, all the while you’ll be increasing your hydration so that you body can readily flush out toxins and waste. Come day 3 and on you’ll be adding plenty of whole food based nutrition to give you more energy and to reset your system.
